A Sound Bath is an hour of deep relaxation and rest while soaking up the sounds of Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, along with other instruments. All that is required of you is to show up and relax. Bring a yoga mat if you prefer to lay on the floor. Reclining chairs are provided.
